Tricia’s Therapies, led by a former Clinical Nurse
Manager and Director of Nursing, offered a unique blend of medical knowledge and energetic

experience that prioritizes "The Path to Healing." The design focuses on soft aesthetics backed
by a clear, authoritative structure.

positioned Tricia’s extensive nursing background (Dementia and Palliative care) as the
foundation of the site. This immediately established professional credibility before
introducing the holistic services.
- Categorized Service Modalities: I organized
the diverse treatments into distinct "pillars of care." This allowed users to self-identify
their needs—whether they were seeking mental health support through Counseling or energetic
alignment through Rahanni.
- Education-Led Conversion: Instead of a
hard-sell approach, I implemented an "Informed Healing" strategy. Each service page was
designed to explain the "what" and the "why," lowering the barrier to entry for users new to
energy healing.
- Integrated Community Growth: I prioritized a high-visibility newsletter
integration and community-focused CTAs, transforming the site from a static business card
